Chick-FIl-A
The coronavirus pandemic created an urgent need for businesses to rethink how they go about customer interactions. Thankfully we were already hard at work with Chick-FIl-A to enhance them with connected experiences.
Codes were used in-store and out with the most popular being a drive-through mobile check-in. Reducing contact and time spent on location improves safety. Other connections included digital menus and activities for kids.
This proved so successful that Chick-Fil-A has opted to keep this experience in service. As many customers prefer to order, mobile check-in, pull up, and collect their food rather than queue in the store.
We did extensive testing and selection to provide a robust and visually interesting code for each aspect of campaign.
